Who do you trust?
Proverbs 3:5 (NIV)
Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.
This is a reality people: Jesus knows you better than you know yourself.
How much do we follow through with this proverb?
It is so counter to our nature…don’t even rely on your own understanding??
Not over trusting in the LORD.
Look at Peter at the last supper…very confident and genuine-”I will lay down my life for you.”
Then he heard the rooster crow.
Then he was crushed…he truly believed he would never fail…then not even a day later…failed.
I have to put my trust in Him, His words, and His Spirit…otherwise I’m relying on unstable ground…my own thoughts included.
Who/what do you trust?
