I also trust my wife, my parents, my brothers and sisters in Christ.
But…what about the last post?
I am trusting in them because of their closeness to God’s Spirit.
Please just go read the whole chapter.
Listen to advice.
Listen to your “mother & father” whoever that may be in your life.
Seek wisdom.
The Holy Spirit works in mysterious ways…through letters on paper, through notes in a song, through words in conversation, through sights driving down the road, through emotions both explained and unexplained, through visions and dreams, and through a direct connection with Him in prayer.
So I do listen to, trust, and seek wisdom from those striving to be united with Jesus because I believe in the Holy Spirit’s ability to move in any and every situation.
But I listen, trust, and seek with an understanding that I am so incapable on my own two feet-as is the case for the rest of humanity.
I am praying for humility, discernment, courage, and driveĀ for all those who will read these words…please take a minute to do the same for whoever God is putting on your heart right now.
So, trust nobody or everybody?
yes.
with a humble heart.
FULL of love.
meaning 100%.
leaving room for nothing else.
Trust only those who place their trust and hope in the Lord. Therefore their thoughts and advice are not leaning on their own understanding, but God’s, and he will never lead us where he doesn’t want us to go.
Ash- Book it!
