one.
-Ash & I left El Paso, stayed the night in Tucson, AZ at a wonderful Holiday Inn Express with unlimited, free, warm, & gooey peanut butter cookies.
two.
-Ash & I awoke early very excited about what that afternoon promised…a hug from Miles. We cruised through the desert, mountains, and finally beach. After picking up Miles, we relaxed a bit, walked around town, and then went to Ichiban with his buddy Matt – who ate sushi for the first time…like a pro.
three.
-bfast @ local donut shop, then again @ McD’s, San Diego Zoo (slow lorus & all), lunch @ Chipotle for the 2nd day in a row, and Sea World (cirque de la mer, sea lion show, dolphin show, heart pounding water roller coaster, and of course-Shamu).
four.
-jalapeno eggs benedict for bfast, beach, lunch, beach, sunburn, dinner, mint-chocolate chip milk shake, good bye to Matt, good night.
five.
-breakfast on Starbucks patio, packing up, getting ready to head to Pasadena to visit Fuller, then Hollywood, then Simi Valley for the night.
The coolest part of the trip so far for me has been praying with Ashley, Miles, & Matt.
I feel excited and inspired to pray with others more often, memorize more scripture, and have more meaningful discussion through art, study, and writing…all of which I hope happen in mass amounts over the remainder of our road trip & then, the remainder of our lives.
Five days down…_____ days to go
What’s your favorite road trip activity?
being with loved ones, and memories.

Seek God and Live!
Thanks Luke, GREAT teaching. Rhonda and I just returned from our first “Celebrate Recovery” training lesson. We are going to be trained on how to do this, through serving, what a great group of people to work with, broken, humble, no masks, REAL! Wow, They are SEEKING God like we all should be, everyday, all day! Amen
